Facilitating Philosophy according to the numbers…..

This class was interesting because a formal definition was given to each teacher/trainers facilitating style.  I found that I have a dual dominance in my style of facilitating.  My scores reflect that I have a nurturing and apprenticeship perspective when delivering training and interacting with my students.  I also feel that this perspective carries over to my style of teaching my children.

Again this session was very interactive and engaging.  This is a class I am going to look forward to attending each week because every class as a whole is a learning experience for me because I am constantly picking creative ideas for my own classes that I will be facilitating very soon.

Spring Semester Awh!!!

Our first class started off a little fast not knowing Professor Wendy’s facilitator style, however her style was quite refreshing and very different from any previous professor experience.

Our class session went very fast because it was full of action pack activities which I welcome.  I am very excited about this course because it will directly impact a new Instructor Development Program that my coworker and I co-developed in December.  We both have been charged with delivering our new course in the next month or so.  The experience gained in this course will fit in nicely with my ability to deliver the Instructor Development Program to my colleagues in the very near future.

Professor Wendy thanks for your prespective in facilitating!
